We use third party delivery companies including Royal Mail, so although we’ll do everything we can to send your gift to you as quickly as possible, we sadly cannot guarantee that your free gift will arrive in time for Christmas.
If you’ve claimed a free gift between 1 - 10 Dec, your gift should be dispatched before Royal Mail’s recommended last posting date for Christmas. So there’s a good chance it should arrive in time for Christmas Day.
If you’ve claimed a free gift between 11 - 24 Dec, it is likely to arrive after Christmas Day or in the New Year.
